As early as I can remember, I liked to color. Crayons, markers, pencils, paint…it really didn’t matter. Little did I know my talent for “staying inside the lines” would take me on a journey filled with colorful people, places and products.

Armed with $300, two suitcases and two cats, I arrived in New York City with big plans to become, well, not a makeup artist. Not long after settling in, a chance to work with famed makeup artist Vincent Longo came my way. Looking back, it appears opportunity had knocked…and I opened the door!

Today, I’m creating looks for some of your favorite celebrities and television personalities. You’ve seen my work on runways, red carpets from Cannes to New York and even a Broadway stage! Seriously, who knew? But I love it…

So, I started thinking, wouldn’t it be fun to have a place of my own where I could share my love of color and my talent in technique to create looks for all women, not just the ones you see in magazines and on TV.

is a makeup studio and color line dedicated to teaching women how to create or re-create themselves through color, product and technique. Think of it this way, it’s the difference between finger painting and creating a masterpiece. You can’t create a masterpiece without the right tools and training and you should be a masterpiece!

So, let’s be honest. I’d be hard pressed to claim that makeup can change the world or even your life in some grandiose way, but maybe, just maybe, it can make you feel that much prettier than you already are, give you a little more confidence to forge ahead in pursuit of your dreams and with any luck, make you feel like anything is possible and, you know, maybe that CAN change the world in some small way…at the end of the day, when the makeup comes off, you’re still uniquely you, and that’s just as it should be!
